This Referral Program is operated by MY.GAMES B.V., a legal entity duly established and operating under the legislation of the Netherlands, with its registered office: De Entree 256, 1101EE, Amsterdam, the Netherlands («we», «our», or «us»).
- Purpose of this Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you register and participate in the AdsAdvisor Referral Program, through which you may refer others and receive rewards.
- Data we collect
When you apply to join and participate in the Referral Program and fill up the registration form, we collect and process the following personal data
- First and last name
- Email address
- Country of tax residence
- LinkedIn profile link or other professional references provided by you
- Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, timestamp of registration)
Subject to the participation in the program, we may also collect the following data
- Referral activity data (referral code, referred users, number of valid referrals, and rewards)
- Payment details (bank account, PayPal, Wise, or other payout method, where applicable)
- Tax identification number, tax code, or similar fiscal identifiers, when it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations under applicable tax and accounting laws, including invoicing, reporting, and record-keeping requirements

We process your personal data for the following purposes and based on the legal bases listed below:
- To register and manage your participation in the Referral Program - Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)

- To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the program - Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- To send you promotional or marketing messages beyond our program and services - we rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), unless it falls within the exception under Article 13(2) of the ePrivacy Directive, which allows us to contact existing customers about our own similar products or services.
You can withdraw your consent or opt out at any time by unsubscribeme@adsadvisor.io, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Data sharing
We share your personal data only where necessary to operate the Referral Program, including with:
- IT and hosting providers supporting our website and referral system
- Payment service providers, and/or banks, for processing rewards
- Accountants, auditors, or public authorities, where required by law
Where these recipients are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to manage your participation in the Referral Program and to fulfill our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. After that, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
